Refund Policy

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for items after they have left our store. If the product has not been opened, we may be able to exchange it at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get a safe, sanitary and 100% unaltered product that has not been contaminated by any outside sources. 

Damaged Items

If you receive your order and an item is damaged, please do not throw out your box, packaging, packing slips, or the item.  Send us detailed photos of each item and its packaging and packing materials.  We need these to make a claim.  Do not discard any of these item as your carrier may require that they pick them up to pay the claim.  If you throw away these items and your claim is denied, we will not be able to replace or compensate you for your order.

If your package is lost or damaged and a file has been claimed, we are unable to refund you or replace your order until your claim is approved. You are urged to call your carrier and file your own claim to receive default insurance to replace your package. This will speed up the process.
