Will my freshie melt?

There is always a slim chance of a freshie melting in extreme heat. Suggestions when heat is extreme is to move the freshie from the rearview mirror to the turn signal indicator until conditions are safe. Also, please try not to get freshie stuck in between the sun visor and the windshield. This will cause damage to the freshie as well as your interior.

 

Why has my freshie lost its scent?

Freshies are only meant to last 4-8 weeks depending on driving habits and how strong the scent was to begin with. Lighter, less potent scents tend not to last as long as a stronger, more potent scent. Along with this, if you purchase the same scent consecutively you can become what is known as "nose-blind". Recommendations for this is to either choose different scents in between purchases as well as placing the freshie back into its original packing for 2-3 days before reusing to see if this corrects the issue.

 

Can my freshie be rejuvenated with more scent?

The answer is no. Before purchasing, the scent of your freshie is baked into it in an oven. When your freshie loses scent you will need to discard and replace it.
